Between the 3rd and 6th of April, the 2024 Corti Avioeste Sales Convention took place, under the theme "Agents of Inspiration". The event brought together more than 180 people, including commercial agents and internal staff, and was held at the Gran Carimã hotel, in Foz do Iguaçu/PR. More than discussing numbers and commercial strategies, we immerse ourselves in the essence of INSPIRAR. The theme took us through a journey of self-knowledge and reflection, revealing the transformative power that each of us has to drive significant changes.
Guests were welcomed on April 3rd in the hotel hall, with a welcome kit and lots of enthusiasm from the entire team.
The event had a very rich agenda, with the opening being carried out by our leadership team made up of administrative director Nelsi Willinghoefer, executive director Bruna Galera, commercial manager Jussimar Bassani and owner Claudir Zanchett. Afterwards, they watched a message from owner Esterino Corti, directly from Italy. Although physically absent, Esterino expressed his gratitude to all agents and professionals for their commitment to achieving the objectives with excellence. The first lecture was given by Daniel Keller, a specialist in neuroscience and education, who addressed the topic "Inspire and Sell", highlighting crucial points for success in sales and customer relationships.
Next, Luis Rua, markets director at ABPA (Brazilian Animal Protein Association), spoke about market fluctuations, his promises and strategies for the agricultural sector. After lunch, Ana Maia and Juliana Batista, experts from Cargill Animal Nutrition, shared their knowledge about artificial intelligence in agribusiness. Neocir Magro, business administrator and Matrices manager at Corti Avioeste, addressed the importance of matrices design for the business, followed by veterinarian Lederson Lima, who presented the differences of the company's equipment.
After the Coffee Break, Patrice Gaidzinski, founder and director of Posterità – training and consultancy in family businesses, ended the day with her talk on family succession, addressing the challenges for business longevity and the importance of continuity in family businesses.
On the second day, Valmiré, veterinarian and executive manager of agricultural sustainability at Seara Alimentos, brought his expertise on the topic “Sustainability”. Adriano Pissaia, director of pig farming for Latin America at Agristat, discussed data and information from the global market in the agro sector, followed by professionals from Banco do Brasil, who shared market perspectives and trends. Corti Avioeste's Marketing Manager, Licihelen Delabio, shared goals and results about the sector's performance within the company. Furthermore, she presented the new brand manual, highlighting its importance.
Alexandre Weimer, entrepreneur and strategist, gave a motivational talk emphasizing strategies and behavioral changes to achieve professional success, highlighting the importance of discipline and excellence in performance. Finally, Jussimar Bassani, commercial manager at Corti Avioeste, addressed fundamental commercial aspects for the team's growth and development.
To close the protocol and begin the awards ceremony, owner Claudir Zanchett expressed his gratitude for each effort dedicated to the results we have achieved each year. Administrative director Nelsi Willinghoefer and executive director Bruna Galera gave an emotional speech, highlighting the importance of all agents and professionals in contributing to the growth and success of Corti Avioeste, always emphasizing the value and determination of people in this process, in addition to honor and honor all the women present at the event, recognizing the growth of female activity in the market and its importance.
The convention culminated with the awards ceremony, where the agents who stood out in each segment and product categories in 2023 were honored and awarded. Check out the winners below:

After the awards ceremony, guests enjoyed a delicious dinner followed by a vibrant party. The opening was marked by the incredible performance of the Escola de Samba Mocidade Unida do Porto Meira, which captivated everyone with its immersive carnival show, valuing and cultivating Brazilian culture. The contagious energy continued with the band Zyons, who filled the event with music of different styles, ensuring moments of celebration and joy. Thus ending the Corti Avioeste 2024 Sales Convention.
