On October 13th and 14th we held the second AVICONNECT for sales agents in the State of Santa Catarina.
The event took place at the company in Cunha Porã -SC.

AVICONNECT aims to train sales agents, providing an environment for personal and professional development, with the exchange of experiences and knowledge.
There were two days of learning about the Standardization of Facilities on the Farms, Controllers, Electrical Panels, Preventive Maintenance, Farms 4.0 and much more.

Corti Avioeste's mission with this project is to prepare its team to perpetuate continuous improvement in customer service, seeking increasingly positive results, contributing to the profitability and convenience of poultry and swine farmers.

The training allowed our sales agents to improve their technical skills, introducing new solutions and technologies for daily routines; ensuring more agility and efficiency in customer service.
